MATT FREEMAN

Matt is an experienced civil litigator. He joins Capital Chambers after being a litigation partner in a specialist litigation firm in Wellington. He has appeared as lead counsel in numerous cases in the District Court, High Court, and Court of Appeal, as well as in various tribunals and in arbitrations.

Matt is a Fellow of the Arbitrators' and Mediators' Institute of New Zealand, in both Arbitration and Mediation, and is available for engagement as both an arbitrator and a mediator.
