TIM CASTLE
Tim was admitted in 1973 and commenced practice as a barrister sole in 1989. He has also been admitted as a barrister in Victoria, New South Wales and Fiji.
Tim has been a judge of the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne since 1991 and a member of the Waitangi Tribunal since 2008.
Tim's practice includes complex civil and criminal litigation, sports law and Maori and indigenous peoples' rights. He is experienced in alternative dispute resolution and mediation.
