PETER MCKENZIE KC

Peter McKenzie KC's areas of particular interest are advising on companies, trusts and charities along with administrative law and securities issues. He has in the past conducted a wide ranging civil litigation practice. His practice now is more concerned with administrative appeals and appellate argument. Peter is a former chair of the Securities Commission, and has advised on the company and securities law of a number of newer jurisdictions. He has contributed to a number of legal periodicals.
